'I’ve been working with Nabarros for ten and a half years. They are a great bunch of people and superb at choosing the right team to meet one’s requirements, both in terms of personality and skillset. Nabarros are responsible for all our legal needs in England and Wales. The majority of the work is property related – planning, contamination, construction – but they get involved in other aspects of the business including trading issues, employment law and intellectual property.

All too often when you take advice from lawyers, it’s couched in any number of ‘get out of jail’ cards – e.g. ‘this advice is only applicable on the basis of x or y’.

Nabarros lack of conditionality is extremely refreshing. Their advice is straightforward and really gets to the issues. We want something on one side of a sheet of A4 paper, not ten pages of documents to wade through. We don’t need to know the statute, we don’t want a learned dissertation. Nabarros are very good at telling you how it is and working with us to get the result we want.
