Many of our clients work on a global scale and need legal advice across a number of jurisdictions. With more than 960 lawyers based in 23 offices spread over 9 international jurisdictions, we are able to provide them with the highest quality of advice, across borders, in co-ordination with our Alliance partners.

Outside of the United Kingdom, we have offices in Brussels and Singapore. We also have an alliance with August & Debouzy in France, GSK Stockmann + Kollegen in Germany, Nunziante Magrone in Italy and Roca Junyent in Spain.

Regular meetings with the alliance firms ensure the sector and practice groups work together to develop best practice and initiatives. Partners, associates and key staff meet on a regular basis. Secondments between our firms broaden and strengthen the personal relationships between us. August & Debouzy and GSK Stockmann + Kollegen now share our Brussels office.

Elsewhere, we work with a select number of firms who are experts within their own jurisdictions in the areas of law. Clients benefit from a deeper understanding of the culture, values and work-style of their particular countries.

We do not share fees with any of the law firms we instruct – our incentive is to continually improve our ability to provide the best quality advice at local rates. We can freely choose the best local law firm for your business needs.

With this integrated approach, we have developed close, long-standing relationships with many of leading firms throughout the world. Our dedicated groups of lawyers focus on and develop these links, particularly in regions such as North America, China, India, Israel and the Middle East.
