Europe overview

We regularly work for our clients in cross-border transactions. When we need to assist our clients in Europe, our alliance enhances the quality of our legal service.

The Alliance consists of August & Debouzy in France, GSK Stockman + Kollegen in Germany, Nunziante Magrone in Italy and Roca Junyent in Spain. Each Alliance member provides a full service capability and is recognised as a leading law firm within its own jurisdiction. Between us we now have more than 960 lawyers based in 23 offices across 9 jurisdictions in Europe, North Africa and Asia.

The aim of our alliance is to provide our clients with the best advice and service possible on cross-border work. Clients benefit from the long-term relationships that exist between us and each firm’s in-depth and specialised knowledge of its local laws and legal culture. Our incentive in working together is to continue to improve our ability to provide our clients with the best quality advice in a seamless way at local rates.

Often our work takes us outside the countries where we have offices. Where it does, the same philosophy applies. We have pooled our knowledge of the markets to identify a small number of first-rate firms who share our ambitions and culture.
