Nabarro has an established cross-disciplined team, led by corporate partner Ian Binnie, that regularly advises on India-related matters. We work with companies investing or expanding into India as well as Indian-based companies as they expand internationally and access institutional capital through the London markets - particularly AIM.
The Nabarro India group offers clients in-depth knowledge of India-related business issues across multiple practice areas. Our focus on the Indian market ensures that we keep abreast of legal developments to provide an informed and seamless service to our clients through our widespread connections and select relationships with commercial Indian law firms. In Europe we also assist India-based clients via our European alliance network. Our Singapore office, led by partner Emerson Holmes, offers international arbitration services to India-related commercial disputes.
Nabarro is an active member of key trade bodies and associations focused on supporting business between the UK and India, including the UK India Business Council.
