Deal ranking gains for the Nabarro India Group

London-headquartered international law firm Nabarro has again been acknowledged as one of the UK's most active law firms advising on UK-India transactions.

In the recently-published Thomson Reuters India-related UK M&A league tables for Q1 2011, Nabarro saw significant gains and is currently ranked 7th for mid-market M&A and 9th for small-cap M&A deals.

During this period Nabarro has advised on a number of high profile India-related transactions including:

• advising Laing O'Rourke PLC on the sale of its Indian subsidiary Eigen Technical Services Limited; and
• advising AIM-listed Infrastructure India plc on its share placing and acquisition of stakes in India Hydropower Development Company and Vikram Logistic and Maritime Services.
