Nabarro acts for Laing O'Rourke PLC on sale of Indian subsidiary

The corporate team has acted for Laing O'Rourke PLC on the sale of its Indian subsidiary Eigen Technical Services Limited. Eigen provides design consulting services to architecture, engineering, infrastructure and quantity surveying businesses. The buyer is Meinhardt, which is a multi-national business based in Singapore.

The team was led by corporate partner Peter Williamson supported by corporate associates John Finnemore and Sarah-Jane Owen and tax associate Rachel Hine. The team was involved in many late night and early morning calls to accommodate the Indian and Singaporean time zones.
