North America overview

North America is a key focus of our international practice. The firm has for many years acted for US and Canadian multi-nationals, financial institutions, government bodies and private equity and venture capital firms in their business dealings in the United Kingdom.

As part of this focus, we have established a group dedicated to servicing North America clients. This group comprises lawyers who have strong business relationships with North American clients as well as detailed knowledge of the North American legal market.

We provide a wide range of legal services to North American clients, both domestically and internationally. Our European alliance allows us to advise these clients on a pan-European basis. Through the alliance we endeavour to provide clients with the right balance of local knowledge and a seamless European service.
