Nabarro wins 'Best Legal Adviser' at Enterprise Investment Scheme Association Awards

Nabarro has won the award for 'Best Legal Adviser' at the 2010 Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS) Association Awards. The EIS Association is an independent, not-for-profit organisation, which aims to further the availability of capital and resources to small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) through the Enterprise Investment Scheme.
The Awards are presented to the firm, which in the opinion of EIS Association members, has achieved outstanding performance in the context of the Enterprise Investment Scheme during the year.
Nabarro's success was attributed to the firm's "dedication to the small company and a particularly innovative and cost-effective focussed package designed to prepare the EIS company for future investment and instil good corporate governance".
Graham Stedman, who led the award winning team, commented: "Securing investment for our SME clients has been particularly challenging over the past year or so. The Nabarro team is delighted to have received this award in recognition of our work in this sector".
