The Real Estate team at Nabarro has exchanged on a £132.75 million acquisition of 200 and 214 Gray's Inn Road, a grade A office block currently leased to four tenants including Carlton Communications and ITN.
Real estate partner Caroline Maude led the team acting for The Great Ropemaker Partnership - a joint venture between Great Portland Estates and The BP Pension Fund - on the Gray’s Inn Road acquisition from Beacon Capital.
Caroline was supported by Nathan Rees and Alan Crawford (real estate), Simon Rose and Daniel Kennedy (tax), Claire Eccles (planning) and Tom Marke (construction).
