Nabarro advise on financing of acquisition of 'The Gherkin'

Nabarro advised BayernLB as sole arranger and provider of senior debt facilities in and towards the £630,000,000 acquisition of the landmark 40 storey skyscraper at 30 St Mary Axe, known as the "Gherkin" by IVG Immobilien AG and Evans Randall.
The Nabarro team was led by partner Duncan Hubbard assisted by associates Marie Scott and David Stalker, and a real estate team led by partner Andrew Kinsey and consultant Richard Evans.
