Nabarro has acted for German open-ended real estate firm Aberdeen Immobilien on the reported £60 million sale to Aviva Investors of prime City office building, Alder Castle.
The 92,000 square feet EC2 property was originally bought by Aberdeen Immobilien from Henderson Global Investors in 2003 for its open ended DEGI International fund.
Real estate partner Deborah Parry, who led the Nabarro team, said:
