Nabarro LLP advised Eurovestech plc, the AIM quoted investment company, on the £12.9m cash disposal of its portfolio company, KSS Retail Limited, to dunnhumby Limited. The sale was effected on 31 December 2009.

KSS Retail provides pricing software and services to the consumer retail sector, helping organisations make more effective pricing & promotion decisions that consistently meet their customer needs and hit performance objectives.

The Nabarro team was led by corporate partner Clare Grayston, with assistance from corporate associate Alexandra Marsh.
