Nabarro advises Forum Partners on London residential property investment company

Nabarro LLP has acted for indirect real estate investment fund, Forum European Realty Income III LP, on its investment in JMS Estates (IOM) Limited (JMS Estates). Forum European Realty Income III LP will invest up to £22.6 million in JMS Estates, which is Michael Sherley-Dale's new London residential property investment company. Michael Sherley-Dale was previously CEO of City North Group which he sold to Grainger for £60 million in 2005.
Forum European Realty Income III LP is a €443 million European real estate investment fund managed by Forum Partners Investment Management LLC ("Forum Partners"). Forum Partners is a global real estate investment management firm with US$2 billion in assets under management on behalf of institutional investors and family offices.
Nabarro corporate partner Alasdair Steele and senior associate Nicole Tumiati advised Forum. Taylor Wessing LLP advised JMS Estates.
