Nabarro LLP has advised long standing client, German real estate Investment Company, Aberdeen Immobilien Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH (Aberdeen) (formerly DEGI) on three transactions with a combined sale price totalling £279 million. The transactions involved the sale of 100 New Bridge Street, London EC4; 30 Finsbury Square, London EC2 and 75 King William Street, London EC4.
Sale of 100 New Bridge Street, London German closed-ended fund manager HIH Global Invest completed its purchase of 100 New Bridge Street, EC4, from Aberdeen. HIH Global went under offer to buy the 160,000 sq ft building in the City of London in January. The property is let to law firm Baker & McKenzie as its London office.

Sale of 30 Finsbury Square, London Nabarro assisted Aberdeen with the sale of 30 Finsbury Square to MEAG Munich Ergo Asset Management GmbH.
30 Finsbury Square in Central London provides 136,400 sq ft of prime grade A office accommodation over ground and 7 upper levels. The freehold building was designed by Eric Parry Architects and completed in 2002. The building is let to Invesco UK.

Sale of 75 King William Street, London In addition Nabarro represented Aberdeen in the sale of its King William Street office in London to Scottish Widows Property Trust. The property was owned by the DEGI EUROPA open-ended property fund which acquired it in 1996.
