Nabarro advises IMImobile Europe Limited on recommended offer for WIN plc

Nabarro LLP is advising IMImobile Europe Limited (IMImobile Europe) on its £16 million recommended cash offer for AIM-listed WIN plc.

IMImobile Europe is an indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary of IMImobile Pvt. Limited. The IMImobile group is a global end-to-end provider of value added services to mobile operators, media companies and enterprises. With over 500 employees and headquartered in Hyderabad, India, the IMImobile Group has a global presence across Asia, Europe, Latin America, Middle East and Africa, hosting its technology platforms and services in data centres worldwide and currently serving more than 70 mobile operators in over 60 countries.

WIN plc is a UK-based provider of mobile content, messaging and payment services to mobile network operators and corporate enterprises. WIN's geographical reach extends across Europe and into Asia with recent acquisitions moving it into Central and Eastern Europe and Malaysia.

The Nabarro team was led by corporate partners Alasdair Steele and Iain Newman and included corporate associates Sophie Dixon and Leon Miller, share incentives partner Graham Muir, banking partner Andrew McLean and associate Paul Donnelly and senior tax associate Emma Tuppen.
