Nabarro's team was led by corporate partner Kristy Duane, who was assisted by intellectual property partner Louise Gellman, real estate partner Rob Raimes and corporate associate John Finnemore.
Commenting on the deal, Kristy Duane said:
"This is a very exciting opportunity for Quintain. Not only will this agreement generate substantial revenue with no equity requirement from the Company it will also create a unique exposure for their development team to new approaches and technology that can be profitably grafted on to their major schemes in London. We are delighted to have been able to assist Quintain with this agreement, which was negotiated in a very short time scale, across three jurisdictions.”
