Nabarro advises Amsterdam-based TMF Group on acquisition, making TMF UK No. 1 supplier of corporate secretarial services

Nabarro’s Sheffield office has advised Amsterdam-based TMF Group, the global provider of high‐end administrative services, in its acquisition of the international law firm Mayer Brown's UK corporate secretarial practice, making TMF the UK market leader in providing corporate secretarial services.

Nabarro corporate partner Andrea Cropley says:
