Nabarro advises on Drivers Jonas and Deloitte merger

Nabarro LLP has advised long established client Drivers Jonas LLP on the terms of the merger with Deloitte. The new entity creates one of the largest real estate businesses in Europe, with a "Drivers Jonas Deloitte" group of around 700 partners and staff, and a combined turnover of £110m.

Drivers Jonas LLP is an established commercial property consultancy offering a range of services including agency, asset management, construction and planning across the UK and Europe.

Deloitte LLP is the UK firm of the international professional services organisation. Deloitte LLP provides audit, tax, consulting, and financial advisory services to public and private clients spanning multiple industries.

The team at Nabarro was led by corporate partner Andrew Wigfall, assisted by corporate partner Andrew Inkester. Simon Bevan and Colin Ives from BDO advised Drivers Jonas on accountancy aspects. Richard Godden and Matthew Elliott from Linklaters advised Deloitte.
