Nabarro named top AIM Law Firm in Growth Company Awards 2011

Nabarro has been named AIM Lawyer of the Year at the Growth Company Awards, in a coup for the firm's corporate team.

This comes as the latest Hemscott Corporate Adviser tables show Nabarro achieved the best overall performance of Q1 2011 gaining three new AIM clients (Pentagon Protection Plc, Real Office Group Plc and ValiRx Plc).

The firm now has 32 AIM clients including a number of Indian businesses who are increasingly looking to the market to raise capital. Last year Nabarro advised on £2.2 billion worth of M&A transactions and 13 IPOs with a market cap of £2.5 billion.
