Nabarro wins Molson Coors panel place and secures competition and debt management instructions

Nabarro has been appointed as one of a select number of firms to Molson Coors' first formal UK legal panel, following a competitive pitch. The creation of the new panel comes after a review by Sue Albion, Legal Director and Company Secretary, of the future legal requirements of the global brewing company.
Nabarro has already received several instructions from Molson Coors following the panel win. London partner, Brian Sher is leading a number of competition-related matters, while Sheffield partner Gerard Khoshnaw in the firm's commercial dispute resolution team is leading on debt management issues.
