Rob Moulton wins Best Regulatory Lawyer at Complinet Awards

Rob Moulton, head of the financial regulatory group, at Nabarro LLP has been awarded the “Best Regulatory Lawyer of the Year 2009” award at this year's Complinet Awards, which is in its fifth year.
Rob heads up Nabarro’s Financial Services Regulation Group and advises a wide variety of regulated firms on legal and regulatory risk management matters. Rob was recently presented with his trophy at an awards ceremony held at Grosvenor House in Mayfair, London. The Complinet awards highlight the increasing importance and need for high caliber compliance and risk management undertaken by organisations and individuals. Complinet's goal is to recognize ‘truly inspirational leaders in compliance’.
In the current financial environment, his skills have come to the forefront of risk management. He has recently advised firms facing FSA enforcement action, rogue trading incidents, and high profile financial services insolvencies, and is acting for clients and trade associations lobbying on the controversial AIFM Directive.
