Nabarro advises Aerial Facilities on BIMBO

Nabarro has advised the management of Aerial Facilities on its acquisition by mid-market buy-out firm ECI Partners for £56 million.
Aerial is a specialist in the design, manufacture and installation of specialist products and solutions which extend the coverage of wireless networks. ECI specialises in buy-outs, buy-ins and development capital deals of £10-150m.
The Nabarro team was led by Roger Gregory. ECI Partners LLP, the equity backers, was represented by Hammonds. The debt providers, RBS, were represented by Herbert Smith. The vendors were represented by Taylor Wessing.
