Nabarro advises GE Real Estate on £3.5m letting

Nabarro has advised GE Real Estate, in a joint venture with GraceMark Investments, on the letting of the entire 60,000 sq ft of refurbished office space at 14 Tothill Street, London, SW1 to The Corporate Officer of the House of Commons. The lease is for a term of 16 years and will provide an annual rent of £3.5 million. The deal represents the largest letting to date completed on one of the joint venture's four assets.
Guy Sackett, the senior Associate who led the deal, commented: "We acted on the acquisition and redevelopment of the property and are delighted to have advised GE on such a significant letting, which demonstrates that high quality offices are still very much in demand."
