Nabarro advises WSP Group on £22 million acquisition of CEL International

Nabarro has advised WSP Group plc on the £22 million acquisition of CEL International Limited.
WSP is one of the world's fastest-growing design, engineering and management consultancies specialising in property, transport and environmental projects. CEL International is a consultancy, offering design, engineering, procurement, construction/project management and validation services principally in relation to industrial and manufacturing processes.
This is the fifth acquisition by WSP in the last three months following on from two acquisitions in the US, one in Canada and one in Germany, and takes them into the new business area of industrial processes.
The corporate team at Nabarro was led by head of corporate, Iain Newman, assisted by associate Jonathan Ling. Keeleys acted for CEL International.
