Nabarro advises investment company on sale of Holiday Retirement UK

Nabarro has advised investment company HRC UK Holdings LLC (HRC UK), on the sale of the issued share capital of Holiday Retirement UK Limited to the Consensus Business Group, a property management group controlled by Vincent Tchenguiz, for an undisclosed sum.
Holiday Retirement UK is a retirement home provider and manages facilities in the UK. As part of the transaction, HRC UK has retained the Hawthorns part of the Holiday Retirement group, a key provider of assisted living services for people who have retired.
The Nabarro team was led by corporate partner, Warren Taylor, assisted by Peter Stewart. Tax advice was provided by Jim Mottram, assisted by Emma Tuppen. The Consensus Business Group was advised by Osborne Clarke.
