Nabarro advises on secondary fundraising for energy and environmental company

Law firm Nabarro has advised Oriel Securities Ltd on the placing of 5,814,610 new ordinary shares for AEA Technology Plc to raise £6.7m.
AEA is a leading international energy and environmental company specialising in consultancy, policy support and programme management for policy implementation. Nabarro advised Oriel in its role as sponsor and broker to the deal.
Corporate partner Warren Taylor at Nabarro led the deal assisted by Kate Grayling. Linklaters advised AEA Technology Plc.
