Bringing the total number of partners to 126
Nabarro hires three senior partners into its Corporate, Real Estate and Planning departments - corporate partner Patrick Speller, real estate partner Paul Paling and planning partner Wesley Fongenie.
Patrick joins from Allen & Overy where he was a partner in their corporate department. He is a highly regarded and versatile corporate lawyer with considerable experience in advising UK FTSE 250 and other major corporates on a variety of international and domestic M&A and public equity transactions.
Paul has joined from Stepien Lake Gilbert & Paling, where he was a founding partner. He has extensive experience in advising entrepreneurial and institutional clients on development funding, investment sales and acquisitions and property development.
Wesley joins from Osborne Clarke’s London office where he was co-head of the planning practice acting for a broad range of developer and investor clients. Wesley’s experience covers project co-ordination, inquiry and CPO work, together with negotiation of planning and infrastructure agreements. He also undertakes planning audits for funders and developers, as well as conducting High Court appeals and judicial review proceedings.
