Nabarro win hat trick of planning permissions for The UNITE Group plc

Nabarro acted for The UNITE Group plc, the UK’s largest student accommodation and hospitality provider, when they achieved planning permission for a trio of schemes in London. Nabarro negotiated the Section 106 Agreements for a mixed student (128 studio units) and commercial (42 workshops) scheme at Arundel House in Camden; a 186 bedroom scheme at Solebay Street in Tower Hamlets; and a 164 bedroom scheme at Old Street in Islington.
