Nabarro advises on two technology fundraising deals

Nabarro has advised John East and Partners Limited on two secondary offerings for the AIM listed technology companies Amteus Plc and Sarantel Group Plc. Amteus Plc raised £1.8million and Sarantel raised £3.4million.
Amteus develops and markets software applications for secure and private communications over the internet for business and education. Sarantel designs, manufactures and sells patented, ceramic, filtering antennae for use in portable wireless devices.
For both deals, the team at Nabarro was led by corporate partner Clare Grayston assisted by associate Rajni Jayasekera and by Jarno Tanhuanpaa. Amteus was advised by Mishcon de Reya. Sarantel by Crowell & Moring.
