Jennifer advises, resolves disputes and litigates on a wide variety of contentious property related matters. Her experience includes the vacant possession strategy of large-scale redevelopments; dilapidations, rent reviews and other landlord and tenant problems; telecoms agreements and issues; contractual and development disputes, including specific performance and rectification claims, and property related insolvencies. Her clients include Capital & Counties plc, Land Securities plc, JP Morgan, Portman Settled Estates, Quintain Estates, Segro plc and Threadneedle Property Investments Ltd.
Jennifer writes articles for a number of publications, including the Estates Gazette, Property Law Journal and Facilities Management. She speaks regularly at client and external conferences, including the Blundell Memorial Lectures, Henry Stewart Conferences, Hawksmere, CPD Foundation and Contact Property Training. She is co-author of the award-winning report on Rooftops Rents regarding mobile phone base installations.
