Belinda Solomon has been a partner in our Real Estate team for more than 10 years. She is an expert on all aspects of commercial real estate.
Focus areas for Belinda include her work on behalf of corporate occupiers, including extensive and complex developments.
Belinda has considerable experience in respect of outsourcing bids having acted on those relating to the Inland Revenue, DSS, National Savings, Abbey National and Norwich Union. She is also experienced in the purchase and development of data centres.
Belinda was instrumental in creating the innovative "Clearlet" lease for Land Securities. The British Property Federation (BPF) has welcomed this development and has backed plans to share the format with other landlords in a bid to simplify the leasing process and improve relationships with occupiers.
Her clients include, landlords, retailers, office and other occupiers, investors, data centre owners and occupiers.
She is described as "a no-nonsense, plain-talking lawyer" by Legal 500 2008.
