Andrew Wigfall
Andrew is a partner in our Corporate team with over 20 years' experience. He specialises in venture capital work, particularly in the technology sector, as well as undertaking a wide range of other corporate work, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and general commercial work.
Andrew has advised a variety of domestic and international clients on domestic and multi-jurisdictional transactions.
Andrew is a member of the International Bar Association and a past co-chair of the Corporate and M&A Law Committee. He also chairs and participates in numerous panels and workshops in relation to corporate law, M&A, venture capital and private equity matters in a number of countries including the US, Australia and Singapore for the IBA, the Delaware Bankers' Association and the British Venture Capital Association. He has also presented for a range of clients at their away day events.
Andrew is "recommended" for Venture Capital transactions in the Legal 500 2009.
