Stephanie is a Partner in the Projects/PPP team. She has over 10 years experience of advising in relation to major infrastructure projects across a range of sectors including roads, waste, nuclear, aerospace and healthcare. Stephanie acts for public authorities, contractors and investors in relation to complex PPP projects and other commercial arrangements for the delivery of public services. She also has notable experience advising on secondary market transactions for infrastructure fund clients.
Stephanie plays a key role in the firm's multi-disciplinary healthcare team. She advises NHS Trusts, service providers, developers and investors on commercial transactions involving healthcare facilities, clinical/non-clinical NHS services and medical equipment supply and maintenance services. She has recently presented at industry conferences on the Health and Social Care Bill and has had articles published in industry journals on healthcare reform.
