Louisa Cilenti is a partner in our Projects team, and has specialised in project finance for over 13 years. She has extensive experience advising public entities, sponsors, funders and contractors involved in the procurement, development and operation of a wide range of infrastructure projects. She has closed over 30 major projects, many using PFI/PPP approaches, some following more traditional procurement models and others involving innovative contractual structures.
Louisa acts for a broad mix of clients across industry sectors, which includes three waste management companies, an NHS trust, a leading PFI lender and a Government sponsored business enterprise specialising in ITS collaborations. Her expertise is concentrated in the social infrastructure and waste sectors, and her key clients include Skanska, Shanks, and Nationwide.
Louisa has an international practice. She has supported a number of private briefings given to various Government departments considering implementing PFI/PPP structures, including Singapore, Korea and Saudi Arabia.
