Simon Johnston
Simon Johnston has been Nabarro LLP's senior partner since 2001. He qualified as a solicitor and practiced in Australia before coming to the UK. In addition, he spent two years based in New York as the firm's US representative partner.
He chairs the firm's Partnership Board and is responsible, among other things, for developing the strategic direction of the firm, overseeing its implementation and representing the firm to the marketplace.
As a partner in our Corporate team, Simon provides a wide range of general corporate and commercial advice, with an emphasis on joint ventures, corporate structures and cross-border transactions. Simon has a strong track record in leading UK and international transactions on behalf of major corporate clients, in particular inward investment into the UK and Continental Europe.
