  • Energy Performance Certificates  
EPCs will have a number of business impacts - An EPC is required when you build, sell or rent a building. - First deadline is for property over 10,000m² where contracts are to be exchanged (to sell or rent) on or after 6th April 2008. - Planning & preparation are crucial.
