Commercial Construction & Engineering

The Commercial Construction and Engineering team is one of the leading practices in the market, with a reputation for being knowledgeable and commercial. Our solicitors act for a number of developer clients across the spectrum of mixed use, office, leisure, residential and industrial sectors, as well as for consultants, funders and other parties involved with the development sector.

We advise on procurement strategy and are fully conversant with the various methods of procurement from traditional, design and build and EPC models to more innovative partnering, framework and relationship contracting arrangements.

Our knowledge and information systems allow us to have market-leading and institutionally acceptable forms of appointment documentation, management and design/build forms of contract, bonds, guarantees and collateral warranty documentation, all of which can be tailored precisely to meet a client’s stated requirements and which are updated regularly to reflect changing law and market conditions.

We also advise upon construction legal aspects for any funding, letting and sale of real estate. Working as a team with other practice areas of the firm, we are able to provide commercial and timely advice to meet client’s requirements.

Our team is based in London, Sheffield and Singapore. For more information on the services offered from our Singapore office, please visit the Nabarro Singapore page.
