Our Construction Dispute Resolution team has experience in a wide range of domestic and international dispute resolution on construction and engineering projects, with particular expertise in high value and complex disputes in the office, retail, energy, power and related sectors. We act for both owners/developers and contractors and have developed considerable experience in resolving disputes in PFI/PPP projects.
The team has a growing reputation for its "pragmatic and no-nonsense approach", its "tenacity and thoroughness" and its "clear strategic advice, commerciality and commitment to achieving client goals". That reputation cuts across litigation, ADR, arbitration, adjudication in both the domestic and international arenas.
Our team of five partners and 12 other lawyers (excluding our Commercial Construction team) are focused entirely on construction and engineering disputes. We act for a diverse range of clients, including AMEC, Arup, Bechtel, Capital Shopping Centres, Capital & Regional, EDF Energy, HOK, JP Morgan, Land Securities, Multiplex, SEGRO, Slough Heat & Power, X-Leisure, Westminster Dredging.
