Our Tax Litigation team has wide experience of acting for major corporate clients with tax disputes involving HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC). The disputes include VAT and other direct taxes such as corporation tax in a number of different forums, including:

In addition to matters involving HMRC, our team also advises on claims between private parties involving tax issues, such as tax warranty claims arising under share purchase agreements.
