Our team is expert in the complexities of technology contracts and project documentation. We represent many technology suppliers – including several of the largest international computer services companies – and have worked on more than 40 large-scale project disputes, ranging from £1m to £1bn. Our team has experience in a wide range of industry sectors, including aerospace, chemicals, defence, healthcare, higher education, life and pensions, oil, public sector and telecoms. 

We focus on effectively managing and resolving disputes. For us, success is the delivery of a cost-effective solution - not necessarily a victory in court. To this end, we combine IT, legal and technical skills to deliver a truly commercial solution.  

So that clients quickly know where they stand, we present a persuasive legal commercial analysis clearly based on the facts, no matter how complex. With our support, clients can then rapidly progress to the right commercial solutions. In this role, we often function as an extra team member and coach, invisible to the other side.
