Asset Management

We offer a fast, efficient and highly cost-effective asset management service

We recognise that as well as buying and selling major real estate assets, our clients require sophisticated, efficient asset management legal services to manage the shopping centres and offices they retain. We have been a leading provider of asset management legal services to the real estate sector for more than 40 years. In the years ahead, we will continue to develop and adapt our service in line with the changing market and evolving needs of our clients.

We provide asset management services for our real estate clients from both our offices. However, our Sheffield office has the added advantage of a regional cost base allowing us to offer an extremely cost-effective and efficient service. We have used our expertise in landlord and tenant management work and our significant IT resources to develop a streamlined advanced asset management system covering all aspects of management work, including leases, licences, 1954 Act renewals and rent review memoranda.

We tailor our expertise to today’s fast moving business environment, with a focus on quality, expertise, innovation and technology. We combine this approach with our understanding of our clients’ business needs to maximise the value of the assets and minimise the time and costs associated with managing them.
