Corporate reconstructions are an increasingly major part of our practice. We work on all kinds of reconstructions - from an in-house solvent reorganisation as part of a tax saving or other transaction/initiative to a multi-party work-out or a reorganisation designed to avoid a formal insolvency. 

Having acted for the full range of stakeholders (including the company, its directors, secured and unsecured creditors, and turnaround practitioners) on a broad range of restructurings, we are able to speedily understand the interest groups and issues and formulate pragmatic and commercially sensible courses of action.
