Our Corporate Tax team is led by Jim Mottram. His wide experience in offshore funds has been used on many of our real estate fund structuring transactions. Jim and fellow partner Nick Burt mostly support the Corporate group on their deals, including an increasing number of AIM market flotations and consequent instructions from newly listed companies.

Our team has strong links with tax specialists in other jurisdictions, both with our close friends in our European alliance and in a wider tax grouping which covers ten jurisdictions. As a result, we can offer clients a seamless pan-European service.

Our areas of expertise include the healthcare market, where we act for Primary Health Properties Limited among others, and the alternative energy markets, where we act for clients such as the Carbon Trust and Climate Change Capital.
